1 Scope

This part of SN/T 1766 specifies the determination of propetamphos, diazinon, and dimethionine in fat-containing wool by gas chromatography. In addition to linear phosphorus (dichlofention), fenchlorphos, coumaphos, chlorpyriphos, chlorpyrifos (chlorfenvinphos) and other seven organophosphorus pesticides multi-residue method. This section applies to the determination of the above seven organophosphorus pesticide residues in fat-containing wool.

3 Method summary

The sample was extracted with n-hexane-diethyl ether mixed solvent, and the extract was purified by methanol extraction and neutral alumina solid phase extraction column. The gas chromatograph of the detector was subjected to chromatographic analysis and quantified by an external standard method.
