Foreword

Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix, and Appendix B and Appendix C are informative appendices. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration. This standard was drafted. Yan Jun, Wang Mingtai, Zou Mingqiang, Wu Jian, Zhao Qingsong, Ma Shumin, Lu Chunmei. This standard is the first industry standard for entry-exit inspection and quarantine. Import and export of various organophosphorus pesticide residues in grain and oilseeds Gas chromatographic tandem mass spectrometry

1 Scope

This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of 55 organophosphorus pesticide residues in grain and oilseeds. This standard is applicable to the determination and confirmation of 55 organophosphorus pesticide residues in imported and exported brown rice, corn, soybean and peanut kernels.

2 Principle

The sample is extracted with water-acetone homogenization or methanol solvent extraction, and the liquid-liquid distribution in methylene chloride is used to purify the gel column. Purified by activated carbon solid phase column, the eluent is concentrated and dissolved to a constant volume, and then determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and quantified by external standard method.
