3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1 The mass of the sample when the sample moisture is in equilibrium with the surrounding environment. 3.2 Samples when moisture is in equilibrium with the surrounding environment. 3.3 Dry at 105 ° C ± 2 ° C to remove moisture and other volatile materials and dry to constant weight sample quality.

4 Principle

The sample is placed in a closed container, a certain amount of nitric acid solution is added, and the solution is digested under high temperature and high pressure conditions, and the digested solution is appropriately diluted. After release, the contents of lead, cadmium and chromium were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, and the content of mercury was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.

5 reagents and materials

Unless otherwise stated, only reagents identified as superior grade were used in the analysis. 5.1 Water, GB/T 6682, Level 2. 5.2 Nitric acid (HNO3), 1.40g/mL, mass fraction is 65% to 68%. 5.3 Nitric acid (HNO3), 1+1, 100 mL of nitric acid (5.2) was added to a volume of 100 mL of water. 5.4 Nitric acid (HNO3), 5+95, dilute to 1L with 50mL of nitric acid (5.2) and water. 5.5 potassium borohydride solution (KBH4, analytical grade), 0.05% (in 0.5% KOH solution), weigh 0.5g potassium hydroxide (analytical grade) After dissolving in 100 mL of distilled water, 0.05 g of potassium borohydride was added to continue to dissolve. If there was precipitation, it was filtered and used. 5.6 cadmium standard stock solution, 100mg/L, weigh 0.1142g cadmium oxide (CdO), add 20mL of nitric acid (5.3) to dissolve, use nitric acid (5.4) Dilute to 1L. The solution is stored in a closed polyethylene container.
