1 Scope

This standard specifies the indirect red blood cell agglutination test method for poultry chlamydia. This standard applies to epidemiological investigation, diagnosis and monitoring of poultry chlamydial diseases.

2 sampling

The test sample in this test is avian animal serum. Samples should be collected aseptically and are not hemolyzed or spoiled. The sample can be stored for 5d at 4°C. Long-term storage should be stored at -18 °C in cold storage. The water bath at 56 °C before the test is extinguished for 30 min to 35 min.

3 materials

3.1 Equipment Constant temperature water bath, 96-well V-type micro-reaction plate, 25μL, 50μL micropipette, micro-oscillator, ultra-clean bench, constant temperature culture Box, autoclave, bench top centrifuge, centrifuge tube. 3.2 Diluent pH 7.0 phosphate buffer (PBS) containing 1% of the disabled rabbit serum, the preparation method is shown in Appendix A, or according to the diagnostic reagent instructions. 3.3 diagnostic reagents Sensitized red blood cells, standard positive serum, standard negative serum.
