1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic principles, qualifications, quality, and price involved in the trading activities of retailers and suppliers. Contracts, services, fees and settlements, fair competition, fair trade behavior assessment, etc. This standard applies to retailers and suppliers who register for business and conduct commodity business activities.
