1 Scope

This standard specifies the evaluation methods, evaluation indicators, evaluation procedures and evaluation criteria for after-sales service. 2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 2.1 The tangible products produced or sold by the enterprise meet the relevant standards and laws and regulations, and the quality is allowed in the territory of the People's Republic of China.
