This standard replaces SB/T 10007-1999 "Frozen Drinks Classification". The main changes of this standard compared with SB/T 10007-1999 are as follows. --- Cancel the classification principle; --- Increased the terminology and definition of frozen drinks, eliminating ice cream, slush, ice cream, popsicles, sweet ice and edible ice definition; --- Eliminated the mixed type of ice cream, slush, ice cream and popsicles; --- Added other classes. This standard specifies the terms and definitions and categories of frozen drinks. This standard applies to frozen pre-packaged frozen drinks and is not applicable to ready-made products.

2 Terms and definitions
