This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This Standard is a revision of QB/T 2155-2010 “Travelling case and Trolley bag”. Compared with QB/T 2155-2010, in addition to the editorial modifications, the main technical changes are as follows. - modified and added references in “Normative references”; - modified and added the content of “Product classification”; - added the content of “Raw materials and accessories”; - deleted the requirements for “superior products”; - refined “case (bag) specified load”; - modified the requirements and test methods for "walking performance" "oscillation impact" "stitching strength" "performance of fabric rubbing color fastness"; - modified “impact resistance” to “drop performance”, and modified the test methods for “drop performance”; - modified "hardness of the top layer of the aluminum mouth of the case" to the "hardness of the aluminum mouth of the case" and refined the test methods of "hardness of the aluminum mouth of the case"; - modified "case (bag) lock" to "case (bag) lock durability performance"; - modified the test methods for "corrosion resistance of hardware accessories"; - modified "hard case rolling impact performance of superior product" to "roller impact performance" and modified the test methods for "roller impact performance"; - deleted the requirements and test methods for "zipper flat pull"; - added the measurement method of “volume”; - modified the specifications of “marks”, modified the content of “marks” from Clause 4 to Clause 7. 1 Scope

This Standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test method, inspection rules, marks, packaging, transport and storage for travelling case (hard case, soft case) and trolley bag. This Standard is applicable to travelling case and trolley bag with carrying clothes, with walking wheels and pull rods.

3 Product classification

3.1 Classification according to variety. 3.2 Classification according to top layer material. 3.3 Classification according to type.

4 Requirements

4.1 Specifications 4.1.2 Trolley bag The specifications of various trolley bags with walking wheels, pull rods shall comply with the provisions on design. The allowable deviation is ±5 mm. 4.2 Raw materials and accessories Select according to related product standards. 4.3.6 Zipper Stitched straight, the margins are consistent, the error is not more than 2mm. Zipping is smooth, no dislocation, no teeth lost. 4.3.7 Accessories (carrying handle, pull rod, lock, hook, ring, nail, decorative pieces) Smooth surface, without burrs. Metal plating is evenly coated, no leakage plating, no rust, no blistering, peeling, no scratches. After the sprayed parts are sprayed, the surface coating has a uniform color, no leakage, hanging drops, wrinkles, and peeling. 4.4 Physical and mechanical properties In accordance with Table 4.

5 Test methods

5.1 Test conditions 5.1.1 Temperature. 18°C ~ 25°C; illumination. no less than 750 lx. 5.1.2 Before the test, the sample to be tested shall be placed in the specified environment for more than 1h. 5.2 Specification, volume 5.3 Raw materials and accessories Before inspection and production, inspect or verify according to relevant standards. The limit of harmful substances is inspected according to GB 20400, GB 19340, GB 21550, GB/T 2912.1, GB/T 17592 and other standards. 5.4 Appearance quality Under natural light, inspect with visual inspection, sensory and measuring ruler. 5.5 Physical and mechanical properties 5.5.10 Case aluminum mouth hardness Carry out the inspection according to GB/T 231.1. 5.5.11 Stitching strength Take one stitched fabric sample at any part of the main suture surface of the soft case or trolley bag. 5.5.12 Rubbing fastness of trolley bag fabric Carry out sampling directly on the large area of the trolley bag. Leather, artificial leather / synthetic leather, recycled leather are inspected according to QB/T 2537.The mass of glossy leather test head is 1000 g. The mass of suede test head is 500 g. Perform 50 times of dry wiping, 10 times of wet wiping. 5.5.13 Corrosion resistance of hardware accessories Inspect according to QB/T 3826 (excluding pull rod, riveting parts, metal fasteners). The zipper head only detects the pull tab, and the test time is 16 h.

6 Inspection rules

6.1 Batching An inspection lot consists of the products of the same variety, of the same specification, in the same production process. 6.3 Routine type inspection In any of the following cases, 3 pieces shall be randomly selected from the products that have passed the exit-factory inspection for routine type inspection. 6.4 Special type inspection In accordance with Annex A. 6.5 Qualification determination

7 Marks, packaging, transport and storage

7.1 Marks 7.1.1 Products that pass the inspection shall have the following marks. 7.1.2 Product label shall meet the following requirements. 7.2 Packaging The inner and outer packaging of the product shall be made of suitable packaging materials to prevent damage during transport and storage. 7.3 Transport and storage In accordance with the followings.
