1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of amaranth. This standard is applicable to amaranth products which are processed by the process of killing, cooling and sterilizing.

3 Terms and definitions
