1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of Dianjiang white pomelo. This standard applies to Dianjiang white pomelo fresh fruit.

3.1 Senses 3.1.1 Basic requirements ---The same variety or similar varieties, the fruit is oval, the top is round, slightly ring-shaped, the fruit is straight, the fruit is yellow, and the flesh is yellow-white; ---The fruit is fresh and full without wilting; ---The aroma and normal flavor inherent in the ripening of the variety, and the juicy residue; --- No fruit, heavy fruit. 3.1.2 grade The classification of fruit grades is carried out in accordance with Table 1.
