1 Scope of sampling method

1.1 Air bag (ball bladder and polyvinyl chloride bag) sampling method Suitable for collecting water-insoluble gas samples such as carbon dioxide, oxygen, methane, carbon monoxide and nitrogen. 1.2 Chemical absorption sampling method It is suitable for collecting water-soluble gas samples such as nitrogen oxides, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide and ammonia. 1.3 Vacuum sampling method It is suitable for collecting gas samples such as high content of hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide in mine air and nitrogen oxides in blasted products.

2 Equipment and tools

2.1 Sampling bag Bladder or polyvinyl chloride bag. more than.2000mL volume, good air tightness. 2.2 Bosch Absorption Bottle (see Figure 1) 150ml volume, good air tightness. Figure 1 Bohr Absorption Bottle 2.3 Vacuum pump The degree of vacuum is not less than 13.3Pa (0.1mmHg). 2.4 Vacuum sampling bottle (see Figure 2) The volume is above.200mL, and the vacuum pistons at both ends must be tight. Figure 2 Vacuum sampling bottle 2.5 sampling rod The sampling rods are made of copper tubes, each of which is 800mm long, 12mm outside diameter, 8mm inside diameter, and 2mm thick (see Figure 3). 3 Preparation before sampling

3.1 Air tightness check of sampling bag Newly purchased bladder or polyvinyl chloride bags need to be checked for air tightness. When checking, first fill the bladder or polyvinyl chloride bag with air, and use a spring Clamp the air nozzle, then immerse the entire bladder or polyvinyl chloride bag in water, and check whether there are small bubbles exuding. When confirming no leak Only when it is used. For old bladder or PVC bags, the above method is also needed to check the air tightness. During use, check monthly. 3.2 Air tightness check of vacuum sampling bottle Connect the pre-washed and dried vacuum sampling bottle to the vacuum device (see Figure 4) to evacuate. When its vacuum reaches 13.3Pa (0.1mmHg), close the sampling bottle piston and the spring clamp 3, leave it for 8 hours, and then open the sampling bottle piston, when its vacuum is still maintained at When 13.3Pa (0.1mmHg), it proves that the airtightness of the vacuum sampling bottle is good. 3.3 Gas sample collection Sampling bags that have passed the air tightness inspection should be flushed. When rinsing, first squeeze out all the original gas from the sampling bag, and then use the sample to be collected. The sample gas is filled into the sampling bag, and then squeezed and exhausted, and the sampling is repeated three times. 3.4 Vacuum sampling bottles that have passed the air tightness inspection should check whether the cold is closed and whether there is air leakage before sampling. Start sampling again. 3.5 When using the chemical absorption method, it should be formulated according to the chemical absorbent required for the gas being analyzed. After preparation, absorb as needed The amount of the agent is put into a Bosch absorption bottle for later use. 3.6 When collecting a gas sample in a closed wall borehole under negative pressure, when using a sampling rod or sampling tube, it is necessary to first take a gas pump to be taken And discharge it, the amount of gas discharged should exceed 10 times the total volume of the sampling rod or sampling tube and the gas tube.

4 General requirements for sampling

4.1 During sampling, the influence of gun smoke or other factors on the concentration of the gas sample should be avoided. After blasting, sampling takes 3 minutes. 4.2 When sampling, all ventilation facilities in the sampling area must ensure normal conditions. 4.3 When sampling the roadway, record the air volume passing through the sampling point. 4.4 The gas sample collected from the well must be immediately sent to the laboratory for analysis. 4.5 After sampling, the following content should be noted on the sampling bag, vacuum sampling bottle and Bosch absorption bottle. a. the number of the gas sample; b. the location where the gas sample is collected; c. the date and time when the gas sample was collected; d. temperature and pressure at the sampling point (when sampling from an enclosed wall, the pressure in the enclosed wall must be indicated); e. Sampler name.

5 Sampling steps

5.1 Collection of gas samples in enclosed walls 5.1.1 The openings of other pipes on the wall must first be closed. When sampling, first insert a perforated wooden plug into the closed wall for observation. Metal tube, and then insert the sampling tube into the metal tube through the wooden plug hole, preferably extending out of the metal tube. The outer end of the sampling tube, through the suction balloon, directly Connect with bladder or PVC bag for sampling (see Figure 5). 1-sampling tube; 2-metal tube; 3-closed wall; 4-suction balloon; 5-sampling bag; 6-spring clip Figure 5 Sampling in an enclosed wall 5.1.2 Collection of gas samples in closed walls should be collected when the wall is under positive pressure. When there is negative pressure in the wall, and it is necessary to sample, it should be in accordance with this standard. 3.6 Sampling after processing. 5.2 Collection of gas samples in downhole boreholes 5.2.1 Before sampling, a sampling rod is placed in the borehole (the original casing can also be used), and the copper pipe is sealed tightly with a wooden plug with a small hole in the middle. The small hole in the middle of the cork is blocked with a small cork. When sampling, the cork should be pulled out first. 5.2.2 When there is positive pressure in the borehole, directly use a sampling bag for sampling. When there is negative pressure in the borehole, sampling shall be performed in accordance with 3.6 of this standard. 5.3 Collection of gas samples in fracture voids 5.3.1 When collecting a gas sample in a crack, first extend one end of the hose or plastic tube into the crack as much as possible, and the other end of the tube directly communicates with The suction balloon is connected to the sampling bag (see Figure 6), and then sampling is started. 5.3.2 When collecting a gas sample in a cavity, first extend one end of the sampling rod to the sampling location, and the other end of the rod directly connected to the suction balloon and The bag is connected and sampling begins. 5.4 Collection of gas samples emerging from downhole sedimentation tank water Place the sampling funnel (see Figure 7) on the water surface where the bubbles are flowing outward, and wait for a while. After the department is exhausted, connect the sampling bag and start sampling. 5.5 Collection of gas samples in gas drainage pipeline After connecting as shown in Figure 8, open the valve and spring clip, and inhale with a suction balloon. The suction volume is 10 times the total volume of the sampling tube and the gas tube. Then clamp it with a spring clip. If the pressure is too high, you can fold the gas tube, then fasten it with a rope, connect it with the sampling tube, open the valve and spring clip Sampling. 5.6 Collection of gas samples in the roadway Use the sampling bag to sample according to the sampling route shown in Figure 9. 5.7 Collecting gas samples in the old pond The sampling rod connected to the sampling bag is taken to the sampling location in the old pond for sampling. 5.8 Collection of gas samples in radon chambers When collecting gas samples with a density less than air, use a sampling bag to sample near the top plate; collect gas samples with a density close to air In the middle of the roadway, it is taken near the floor; when collecting gas samples with a density greater than air, it is taken near the floor. 5.9 The sampler shall send the gas sample to the laboratory for analysis within 2 hours after sampling.
