When using visual inspection, it should be approximately within the range of natural light or illuminance from 300lx to 600lx Under natural light (such as 40W fluorescent lamp), the viewing distance is 400mm~500mm. 6.2 Inspection of size, deviation and shape error 6.2.1 Measuring tools The measuring tools and specifications used are as follows. --Vernier caliper, the graduation value is 1.0mm, and the accuracy is 0.02mm. --Feel gauge, accuracy level 1. --Steel tape, 3m long, graduation value 1.0mm, accuracy 1.0mm. --Steel ruler, graduation value is 0.5mm, precision is 0.5mm. 6.2.2 Length, width, thickness, diameter 6.2.2.1 Length (l) and width (w) Choose 3 measuring points within 20mm from the edge of the bamboo cutting board, measure with a steel tape or steel ruler, and take the minimum of all the measured values as the measurement The test result is accurate to 1.0mm. 6.2.2.2 Thickness (t) At the four corners of the rectangular bamboo cutting board and the middle of each side; on the circumference of the circular bamboo cutting board, select a total of 8 points, measure with a vernier caliper, and take the There is the minimum value of the measured value as the test result, accurate to 0.1mm. 6.2.2.3 Diameter (d) Select a total of 3 points on the bamboo part of the circular bamboo cutting board, pass the center of the circle, and measure with a steel tape or a steel ruler, whichever is the smallest The value is used as the test result, accurate to 1.0mm. Note. For bamboo cutting boards that have not been painted (painted), the amount of heavy metal migration may not be tested. 6.2.2.4 Warpage (f) Place the bamboo cutting board on the surface of the water platform, and connect the side of the steel ruler (close to) any diagonal (diameter) of any use surface of the bamboo cutting board, Use a feeler gauge to measure the maximum chord height (accurate to 0.01mm). The ratio of the maximum chord height to the diagonal length (diameter) is the warpage. Take all samples to measure The maximum value of the value is used as the test result, expressed as a percentage, accurate to 0.01%. 6.3 Physical and mechanical properties and limit inspection of hazardous chemical substances 6.3.1 Sample preparation 6.3.1.1 It should be taken from a position at least 20 mm away from the edge of the sample. 6.3.1.2 Sampling can be based on the shape and structure of the product, and the sampling method can be determined after analysis and indicated in the inspection report. 6.3.1.3 Specimen specifications, quantity, and preparation requirements. Record the volume of the sodium thiosulfate standard solution consumed by the titration and use the formula Calculate the residual amount of oxidant. 6.3.8.1 Reagents The reagents used are as follows. a) Sulfuric acid solution (1 3). Take 1 volume of concentrated sulfuric acid and slowly inject 3 volumes of water. b) Potassium sulfide solution. 50g/L, prepared during use. c) 0.02mol/L sodium thiosulfate standard solution. Prepare and calibrate 0.1mol/L sodium thiosulfate standard solution according to GB/T 601, just before use. d) 5g/L starch solution. Weigh 0.5g starch, add 5mL water to make it into a paste, add the paste to 50mL boiling water under stirring, Boil for 1min~2min, cool and dilute to 100mL. The use period is two weeks. e) Acetic acid solution (11). Mix 1 volume of glacial acetic acid with 1 volume of water. 6.3.8.2 Method Take 20g samples as a group and do two parallel tests. Into a 500mL stoppered iodine flask, add 25mL potassium iodide solution and 5mL sequentially Sulfuric acid solution, 0.5mL starch solution, 5mL acetic acid solution,.200mL distilled water, and then put each group of samples into an iodine measuring flask, screw the flask tightly Stopper, shake for 0.5h. Titrate the solution in the iodine flask with 0.02mol/L sodium thiosulfate standard solution. The color of the solution fades from blue to colorless, and 30s The color does not change as the titration end point. Record the volume of sodium thiosulfate standard solution consumed. Carry out a blank test at the same time, the operation is the same as above. Record the volume of sodium thiosulfate standard solution consumed. 6.3.8.3 Results 6.3.9 Arsenic (As) migration The determination of arsenic (As) migration is carried out in accordance with the regulations of GB 31604.38. 6.3.10 Migration of heavy metals The measurement of lead (Pb) migration is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 31604.34.The measurement of cadmium (Cd) migration is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 31604.24 Row.
