Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces LY/T 1287-1998 "Energy-saving monitoring method for wood-based panel hot press". The main changes of this standard compared with LY/T 1287-1998 "Electrical Panel Hot Press Energy Saving Monitoring Method" are as follows. --- Increased the scope of application of energy-saving monitoring of wood-based panel hot presses (see Chapter 1); --- Increased energy-saving monitoring and inspection items for wood-based panel hot presses (see 3.1); --- Added heat transfer oil testing standards GB 265 and GB 268 (see Chapter 2); --- Added wood-based panel hot press inspection project (see 3.1); ---Modified the normal working conditions of energy-saving monitoring of wood-based panel hot press (see 4.1); --- Revised the inspection scope of the energy-saving monitoring sealing condition of the wood-based panel hot press (see 4.2); --- Increased inspection of the heat transfer oil index of wood-based panel hot press (see 4.6); --- Increase the ratio of the coverage area of the carbonized layer on the inner wall of the heat transfer oil pipe of the wood-based panel hot press pressure plate to the total area of the inner wall (see 4.7); --- Increased the qualified indicators for energy-saving monitoring of wood-based panel hot presses (see 5.4, 5.5); ---Modified the thermal efficiency value of the production of plywood by wood-based panel hot press (see Table 1); ---Modified the thermal efficiency value of the production of particleboard by wood-based panel hot press (see Table 1); --- Revised the thermal efficiency value of the dry production of fiberboard by wood-based panel hot press (see Table 1); ---Modified the thermal efficiency value of the fiberboard production of the wood-based panel hot press (see Table 1); --- Modified the surface temperature of the steam main pipe insulation layer (see 5.6); --- Added monitoring items in the energy-saving monitoring report of wood-based panel hot press (see Appendix C). 1 Scope

This standard specifies the energy-saving monitoring items, monitoring methods, qualified indicators and results evaluation of wood-based panel hot presses. This standard is applicable to intermittent hot presses for producing plywood, particleboard and fiberboard with steam and heat transfer oil as heat transfer medium.

2 Normative references

3 Monitoring project

3.1 Inspection items Inspection items include. a) sealing condition of hot-press machine steam-water pipeline and heat-conducting oil pipeline; b) The heat preservation condition of the main pipeline of steam and heat transfer oil; c) condensate recovery and utilization; d) thermal efficiency of the hot press; e) heat exchanger oil index; f) The ratio of the coverage area of the carbonized layer on the inner wall of the heat transfer oil pipe of the hot press plate to the total area of the working surface. 3.2 Test project Test items include. a) steam trap leakage rate; b) condensate temperature; c) Surface temperature of the main steam insulation layer.

4 Monitoring methods
