1 Scope

This standard specifies the type designation, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, instructions, packaging, Transportation and storage. This standard applies to arthropod specimens used in primary and secondary schools.

3 Classification and model designation

3.1 According to the different technical characteristics of the product, the product is divided into arthropod dry specimens, arthropod immersion specimens and arthropod embedded specimens this. 3.2 The composition and form of the product model follow the provisions of JY/T 0026-1991, as follows. SB ― JZDW ― G/J/BM ― 6 Product specifications are indicated by the number of types, 6 means 6 types Feature code, G means dry, J means dipping, BM means embedding Pinyin prefix of product name, JZDW means arthropod The classification code of the product model is SB Model example 1. SB-JZDW-G-6, which represents 6 species of arthropod specimens (dried). Model example 2. SB-JZDW-J-6, which indicates that there are 6 species of arthropod specimens (soaked). Model example 3. SB-JZDW-BM-6, which indicates that it contains 6 species of arthropod specimens (embedded).

4 Requirements

JY/T 0551―2015 4.1 Composition 4.1.1 The product shall consist of 6 or more arthropod specimens, and the specimens shall be at least from Polypoda, Crustacea and Spider And insects, and the species must not be repeated. 4.1.2 Polypods should be selected from magpies or horses, crustaceans should be selected from prawns or macrobrach or crabs, and arachnids should be selected from larger spiders or scorpions. Insecta should be adult locusts or cicadas. 4.2 Dimensions The length of horse land is not less than 50 mm, the length of carcass is not less than 70 mm, the length of shrimp is not less than 90 mm, and the length of prawn is not less than 40 mm. The width of the crab is not less than 20 mm, the length of the spider is not less than 15 mm, the length of the scorpion is not less than 30 mm, and the length of the locust and cicada is not less than 30 mm. 4.3 Appearance All specimens should be natural in shape, complete in structure, and normal in color. Shaping of antennae, feet, and wings should be performed, and should conform to JY/T 0001-2003. Chapter 7 requirements. 4.4 Identification Each specimen should have a name tag or number tag of the animal name directly below it. If a number tag is used, it should be attached to the place where the product does not affect observation. Signed annotations. 4.5 Packaging and layout requirements for specimens when the product is immersed 4.5.1 The encapsulation of the specimen shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 3 of JY/T 143-1982. 4.5.2 The specimens should be arranged neatly and beautifully. The distance between the outer edges of the specimens should not be less than 20 mm. The distance is less than 20 mm. 4.6 Packaging and layout requirements for specimens when the product is dry 4.6.1 Each specimen shall be fixed on the liner of the specimen box in a natural posture. 4.6.2 The top surface of the specimen box should be colorless and transparent. Specimens made of plexiglass should be sealed. Non-plexiglass specimen boxes should be moisture-proof and Anti-insect measures. 4.6.3 The specimens should be arranged neatly and beautifully. The distance between the outermost edges of the specimens should not be less than 20 mm. The edges are less than 20 mm. 4.7 Packaging and layout requirements for specimens when the product is embedded 4.7.1 Each specimen should be embedded in the resin material in a natural posture. 4.7.2 The embedded block shall be basically colorless and transparent, and there shall be no obvious bubbles and dirt in the middle. 4.7.3 The specimens should be arranged neatly and beautifully. The distance between the outer edges of the specimens should not be less than 20 mm. Less than 5 mm. 4.8 Environmental test 4.8.1 Dry and embedded products shall be tested for temperature in accordance with JY/T 0213. 4.8.2 Dry and embedded products shall be subjected to a free drop test in accordance with JY/T 0213.

5 Test method

JY/T 0551―2015 5.1 The dimensions in 4.2, 4.5.2, 4.6.3 and 4.7.3 of this standard shall be inspected with a steel ruler with a division value of 1 mm. 5.2 Test method for sealing the plexiglass box in 4.6.2. Immerse the product in 100 mm deep water for 10 min in the direction of normal laying. There should be no water seepage. 5.3 The temperature test of 4.8.1 in this standard shall be carried out in accordance with 4.1 of JY/T 0213-1994. 5.4 The drop test of 4.8.2 in this standard shall be carried out in accordance with 4.6 of JY/T 0213-1994. 5.5 Appearance and other sensory inspections.

6 Inspection rules

6.1 Inspection classification The inspection of this product is divided into factory inspection, type inspection and quality supervision spot inspection. 6.2 Inspection items The inspection items and methods of factory inspection and type inspection are shown in Table 1.
