7 Inspection rules

7.1 Number The regenerated powder is numbered and sampled at the same level before leaving the factory. Bulk recycled micropowder and bag recycled micropowder should be compiled separately Number and sampling. No more than 50t is a number. 7.2 Sampling 7.2.1 Each number is a sampling unit. 7.2.2 The sampling method shall be carried out according to GB/T 12573.Sampling should be representative, and samples should be taken from more than 10 different locations. Bagged Recycled micropowders should be taken from more than 10 packaging bags in an equal amount, each not less than 1.0kg; bulk recycled micropowders should be taken from An equal amount of samples shall be taken from each bulk transport container. Each bulk transport container shall take an equal amount of samples from different depths. Less than 10kg. After the samples are evenly mixed, take out a sample that is more than twice the amount required for the test according to the quarter method. 7.2.3 The test samples should be kept and sealed for at least 6 months. When there is a dispute, re-inspection or arbitration inspection shall be conducted on the retained samples. 7.3 Factory inspection The factory inspection items include the fineness, water requirement ratio, activity index, methylene blue MB value and stability in Table 1. 7.4 Type inspection 7.4.1 Type inspection items include all the requirements in Table 1. 7.4.2 In one of the following situations, type inspection shall be carried out. a) The production process has changed; b) During normal production, inspect once every 6 months; c) When production is resumed after stopping production for more than 3 months; d) When there is a level difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result. 7.5 Judgment rules 7.5.1 When the factory inspection meets the factory inspection requirements of this standard, the factory inspection is deemed qualified. If any of them do not meet When required, re-sampling in the same batch is allowed, and the unqualified items are doubled for retesting. When the re-inspection results are all qualified, The factory inspection is judged as qualified; when there is still a group of test results that do not meet the requirements, the factory inspection is judged as unqualified. 7.5.2 When the type inspection meets the type inspection requirements of this standard, the type inspection is judged as qualified. If any of them do not meet When required, re-sampling in the same batch is allowed, and the unqualified items are doubled for retesting. When the re-inspection results are all qualified, It is judged as qualified for type inspection; when there is still a group of test results that do not meet the requirements, it is judged as unqualified for type inspection.

8 Packaging and marking

8.1 Packaging Recycled powder can be packed in bulk or bag. The net mass of each bag is 50 kg or 25 kg, and should not be less than 98% of the marked mass. Recycled micro powder packaging bags should meet the requirements of GB/T 9774.Other packaging specifications can be negotiated between the buyer and the seller. 8.2 Sign The packaging bag of recycled micropowder should clearly indicate the product name, grade, batch number, implementation standard number, manufacturer name and location. Address, net quality, production date and factory number. In bulk, a card with the same content as the bag label should be submitted.

9 Storage and transportation

Recycled powder should not be damp or mixed with debris during storage and transportation, and environmental pollution should be prevented at the same time.
