1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, materials and structures, requirements, and tests of steel pipe radiators (hereinafter referred to as "heat sinks"). 3 Terms and definitions

4 Classification and marking

5 Materials and Structure

7 Test methods

7.1 Working pressure 7.1.1 The test pressure of the radiator shall be 1.5 times the working pressure. 7.1.2 The pressure of the radiator should be tested by water pressure or air pressure test on a special test bench; the accuracy of the pressure gauge should not be lower than Level 1.5, the range should be 2.5MPa. 7.1.3 The voltage regulation time should be 2min during the water pressure test, the radiator should not pass the leakage; the pressure regulation time should be 1min, the radiator No bubbles in the test tank are qualified. 7.1.4 The finished radiator should be tested by air pressure; if hydraulic pressure test is used, the water remaining in the inner cavity should be dried after the test. 7.2 Single piece standard heat dissipation The heat dissipation test shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 13754. 8 Inspection rules
