This is part 4 of JB/T 8734. This part was drafted according to the rules specified in GB/T 1.1-2009 This part will replace JB/T 8734.4-1998 Polyvinyl chloride insulated cables and wires and cords of rated voltages up to and including 450/750V Part 4. Insulated wires for internal wiring of equipment. Compared with JB/T 8734.4-1998, main technical changes of this part are as follows. — Change the chapter name and relevant reference standards in Normative References (see Chapter 2; Chapter 2 in 1998 edition); — Add the specifications and corresponding requirements for AVVR cables’ conductor (see Table 2 and Table 7). This part was proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation. This Part applies to copper core polyvinyl chloride insulated wires for internal wiring of electric appliance, instrument, electronic equipment and automation equipment of AC rated voltage U0/U up to and including 300/300V.
