Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces HY/T 047-1999 "Engineering Sea Ice Technical Specifications". 1 Scope

This standard specifies the determination of engineering sea ice conditions, calculation of ice load, acquisition of engineering sea ice and environmental data, and establishment of engineering sea ice environmental monitoring Principles and technical requirements of the system. This standard is applicable to the observation, testing and calculation of sea ice conditions in sea-related projects in the northern ice regions of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea.
