introduction

The dispatching objects of distribution network are changing from traditional power supply equipment and large users to new user-side controllable resources such as energy storage, microgrid, virtual power plant, etc. Rapid expansion requires standardization of the information interaction architecture from smart grid to smart home/smart building/industrial park, including message transmission and services, communication protocols, etc., to achieve the improvement of grid resilience, reliability and economy and energy saving and efficiency improvement for users. The interface between the user-side energy management system and the grid-side management system is designed to build an interface between the user-side energy management system and the grid-side management system. The information interaction model, which stimulates the response of distributed resources on the user side, is proposed to consist of the following parts. --- Part 2.Use cases and requirements. The purpose is to describe the main pillars of interoperability to assist different technical committees in defining the scope of Covering the system interfaces and communication protocols for the entire chain from smart grid to smart home/smart building/industrial park. --- Part 3.Architecture. The purpose is to establish an interface between the user-side energy management system and the grid-side management system. Architecture. --- Part 10-1.Open Automated Demand Response. The purpose is to specify demand response (DR), pricing and distributed energy resources (DER) Minimal data model and services for communication. --- Part 10-3.Open automated demand response - Smart grid user interface adapted to the IEC common information model. A method is defined to implement a CIM subset containing a DR/DER information model and a utility smart grid user interface (SGUI) Bridging standards to map payloads. This document defines an architecture for IEC 62746 that can be used for the management of user resources and DERs. A resource is a combination of load, generation, and storage resources that can be managed in response to signals provided by the grid or market operator. It can be identified and managed as a single resource with specific capabilities, or as a virtual resource with aggregated capabilities. The architecture focuses on leveraging the Internet to connect grid operators, market operators, distribution system operators, electricity suppliers, aggregators, energy Communication between energy service providers and energy resources. This document makes use of existing IEC standards. The data model of IEC 62746 is based on the Common Information Model and IEC 61850. IEC 62746 is transport-independent. The relationship between IEC 62746 and other IEC and ISO standards is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1 Relationship between IEC 62746 and other standards User-side energy management system and grid-side management Interfaces between systems Part 3.Architecture 1 Scope This document is a standardized guiding technical document that establishes an interface between the user-side energy management system and the grid-side management system. System architecture. DER management system is also a user-side energy management system. 2 Normative references The contents of the following documents constitute the essential clauses of this document through normative references in this document. NOTE. A common use of aggregation is to aggregate many small resources and provide functionality to the market as a single larger resource. 3.1.2 cascading When a message published in one communication domain causes another message to be published in one or more other communication domains at different levels of the hierarchy Events that occur during a break. 3.1.3 communicationdomain
