This standard is a revision of GB 9959.2-2001 "segmentation fresh and frozen pig meat", compared with GB 9959.2-2001, the main difference as follows. --- An increase of some reference standards; --- On the physical and chemical indicators were added 4.6, an increase of cadmium, lead, arsenic, net content indicators, as well as pesticides, veterinary drug residues indicators; --- Increased 4.7 microbial indicators.
