Foreword

GB/T 9065 "Hydraulic drive connection hose connector" is divided into six parts. ---Part 1.O-ring face seal; ---Part 2.24° cone seal; ---Part 3.Flange type; ---Part 4.Stud end; ---Part 5.37° flare type; ---Part 6.60° cone. This part is Part 4 of GB/T 9065. This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This part uses the redrafting method to modify the use of ISO 12151-4.2007 "Hydraulic transmission and general connection hose fittings Part 4 Points. Hose connector using metric stud end of ISO 6149". The technical differences between this part and ISO 12151-4.2007 and the reasons are as follows. --- With regard to normative quotation documents, this part has been adjusted with technical differences to adapt to my country's technical conditions and adjustments It is reflected in Chapter 2 "Regulatory Reference Documents" with specific adjustments as follows. ● Replaced ISO 261 (see 6.5) with GB/T 193 modified to adopt international standards; ● Replace ISO 4397 with GB/T 2351 equivalent to the international standard (see Chapter 1, 5.1); ● Replaced ISO 6149-2 with GB/T 2878.2 modified to adopt international standards (see 4.2, 6.1); ● Replaced ISO 6149-3 with GB/T 2878.3 modified to adopt international standards (see 4.2, 6.1); ● Replace ISO 4759-1 with GB/T 3103.1 equivalent to international standards (see 6.2); ● Replaced ISO 6605 with GB/T 7939 modified to adopt international standards (see 4.1 and 4.3); ● Replace ISO 9227 with GB/T 10125 equivalent to international standards (see 7.3); ● Replace ISO 5598 with GB/T 17446 equivalent to international standards (see Chapter 3); ● Replace ISO 19879 with GB/T 26143 equivalent to the international standard (see 4.3). --- Increase the surface roughness requirements of the sealing surface (see 7.2). This section also made the following editorial changes. --- Modified the standard name; --- Deleted Note 2 in the provisions of Chapter 1. 1 Scope

This part of GB/T 9065 specifies a stud-end hose connector made of carbon steel (see Figure 1 for typical examples, which conforms to GB/T 2878.2 or GB/T 2878.3 stud end) Basic requirements and dimensional requirements for design and performance. This section applies to hoses with a nominal inner diameter of 6.3mm to 38mm (in accordance with the nominal hose inner diameter of GB/T 2351). Note. If other materials are used, the supply and demand sides shall negotiate. Explanation. 1---oil port (in accordance with GB/T 2878.1); 2---Hose connector; 3---Stud end with O-ring seal (in accordance with GB/T 2878.2 or GB/T 2878.3).
