Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 7348-1987 "The Whisper Standard Spectrum". Compared with GB/T 7348-1987, the main technical changes are as follows. --- Added "normative references" (see Chapter 2); --- Added "Chinese whisper" and given its definition (see 3.2); --- Modify the functional form of the power spectral density curve of the Chinese whisper standard (see 4.1, 1987 version 2.1); --- The contents of the note in the 1987 version 2.2 have been modified and expressed as a text (see 4.2); --- Modify the data in Table 1 "Chinese whisper standard power spectral density level"; --- According to the revised data in Table 1, corresponding changes in Figure 1 "Chinese whisper standard power spectral density curve."
