This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 4723-1992 "Printed circuit with copper foil phenolic paper laminate", compared with the GB/T 4723-1992 main Technical changes are as follows. --- Modify the appearance requirements (see 5.1); --- Merge CPFCP-01 and CPFCP-02 models into CPFCP-02, CPFCP-03 and CPFCP-04 models into CPFCP-04, CPFCP-05F and CPFCP-06F models are combined into CPFCP-06F, CPFCP-09F and CPFCP-10F Model merged into CPFCP-09F; deleted CPFCP-07F and CPFCP-08F these two models (see Table 1); --- Increased 915mm × 1220mm and 1020mm × 1220mm two recommended nominal board size and deviation requirements, increase Added shear plate size and deviation provisions (see 5.2.1 and 5.2.2); --- Remove the 6.4mm nominal thickness specifications and deviation requirements (see Table 5); --- Increased insulation resistance, breakdown voltage, arc resistance, compared to tracking index (CTI), heat resistance and chemical resistance of 6 tests Project; Remove copper foil resistance, solderability, surface corrosion, edge corrosion of four pilot projects (see 5.4); --- "Surface resistivity" instead of "surface resistance", "bow curvature and distortion" instead of "warpage", "water absorption" instead of "water absorption Sex "and revised the indicators (see 5.3, 5.4); --- Added information appendix "covered with phenolic paper laminates at home and abroad model control" (see Appendix A). 1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification, materials, performance, test methods, quality assurance, packaging, standard Log, transport and storage requirements.
