3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 19223 and GB/T 50562 apply to this document. 3.1 pre-drain During the mine construction and mining process, in order to ensure safe production, the water level of the aquifer damaged or affected by mining is pre-drained to the coal mine. The process of laying the floor. 3.2 In the process of coal mine safety production, the water from the aquifer is obtained through pre-drainage.

4 General principles

4.1 Through mine hydrogeological exploration, supplementary exploration, hydrogeological testing and water quality testing, find out the water quality and quantity of the pre-discharge target aquifer Condition. 4.2 On the premise of ensuring safe production and comprehensively considering water quality, technical feasibility and economic rationality, it is appropriate to pre-drain the main aquifers. See Appendix A for the pre-arrangement well information table. 4.3 Pre-drainage is given priority for self-use in the mining area, and based on water quality characteristics, priority is given to domestic drinking, industrial utilization and groundwater recharge (well irrigation). 4.4 When the pre-arrangement method is not selected, refer to GB/T 31392 for reuse.
