1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, inspection methods and delivery of bulging blind rivets (hereinafter referred to as "blind rivets") Require. This document applies to the design, manufacturing, procurement and acceptance of bulging blind rivets.

3.1 Dimensions Dimensions and tolerances are as specified in the corresponding product standards. 3.2 Structure The core blind rivet is an assembly, consisting of a nail sleeve, a core rod, a lock ring and a driving gasket. The lock ring is pre-installed on the groove of the core rod. During the riveting process , the driving gasket presses the lock ring, and the lock ring squeezes into the head cavity of the nail sleeve to form a self-locking and lock the core rod. 3.3 Head concentricity The concentricity requirements between the blind rivet head and the stem are shown in Table 1.
