Introduction

The application of video in military investigation, public place monitoring, traffic violation monitoring, etc. is relatively mature, but it is subject to spatial positioning, time synchronization, Due to technical limitations such as remote transmission, video data is mostly used for dynamic monitoring of targets, and it is impossible to achieve target spatial positioning and positioning based on video data. Measure. With the development of navigation and positioning, intelligent identification and high-speed communication technology, the timeliness and accuracy of video data acquisition have been unprecedented With the development, people gradually develop from the detection and surveillance applications based on video images to the direction of spatial measurement based on video. Combining spatial information with vision The video data is correlated through time, and the method of realizing video spatial measurement is more common, but there are some inaccurate video and spatiotemporal information encoding content. This document is specially formulated for such issues as fixed, inconsistent encoding methods, and non-standard output of encoded products. Video stream and spatio-temporal information fusion coding specification

1 Scope

This standard specifies the data content of video stream and spatiotemporal information fusion coding, fusion coding requirements, fusion coding method and fusion coding Product classification. This standard is applicable to the fusion coding of video streams and spatiotemporal information acquired under airborne, ground moving and stationary conditions.

2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 2.1 Videostream A continuous data stream formed by time-series static images. 2.2 Spatiotemporalinformationofvideo The time, location, posture information and sensor parameters at the time the video frame is acquired. 2.3 Timestamp Measure and record the time value of an object state. [GB/T 27918-2011, definition 4.53] 2.4 Fusion encoding The input image sample stream and spatio-temporal information are merged into a data entity, and the process of generating compressed bit stream. 2.5 Encapsulate Unprotected frames are constructed as protected frames. Note 1.This document specifically refers to the process of forming a file with the encoded video stream and spatio-temporal information according to certain format requirements. Note 2.Rewrite ISO /IEC /IEEE8802-11.2018 and define 3.1.68.

3 Basic regulations

3.1 Time system The video stream acquired in the state of airborne and ground movement should choose Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) time Time system; the video stream acquired in the ground static state can choose Coordinated Universal Time or Beijing Time. 3.2 Spatial datum Spatial datum includes coordinate system, elevation datum and attitude information, and should meet the following requirements. a) The coordinate system should adopt the.2000 national geodetic coordinate system; b) The elevation datum should adopt the 1985 national elevation datum.
