1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and index calculation of urban snow disasters. This document is applicable to the classification and risk assessment of urban snow disaster weather levels.

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Snowfal During a certain period of time, the solid snow falling from the sky to the ground is melted and accumulated on the horizontal surface without evaporation, infiltration, or loss. depth. Note. The unit is millimeter (mm), with 1 decimal place. 3.2 Daily snowfal The cumulative snowfall in a day. Note 1.The unit is millimeter (mm), with 1 decimal place.
