This Document applies to static magnetic coupling wireless charging systems for electric commercial vehicles with a power level exceeding 22kW. The maximum rated voltage of the power supply is 1500V (DC), and the maximum rated output voltage is 1500V (DC). Other rated output voltages are implemented by reference.2 Normative ReferencesThe provisions in following documents become the essential provisions of this Document through reference in this Document. Uout-min: The minimum charging voltage required by the load, that is, the minimum output voltage of the MF-WPT system. Uout-max: the maximum charging voltage required by the load, that is, the maximum output voltage of the MF-WPT system. Uout-nom: The rated voltage required by the load, that is, the rated output voltage of the MF-WPT system. center alignment point of the ground equipment.6 Requirements6.1 Requirements for the preparation stage before charging The safety test results of the commercial vehicle MF-WPT system shall comply with the relevant provisions of Clause 10 and 12.3 of GB/T 38775.1-2020; 5.8.6 of GB/T 38775.3-2020; and Clauses 4 and 5 of GB/T38775.4-2020; as well as Clauses 6 and 7 of GB/T 38775.5-2021. 6.2 Requirements for charging start-up phase The commercial vehicle MF-WPT system shall meet the following conditions before it can enter the charging state: a) The initial alignment pre-check is completed, and the primary side equipment and secondary side equipment are within the rechargeable area; b) Pass the pairing pre-check; c) Pass the compatibility test pre-check; d) Pass the test of foreign matter detection and living body protection function. For the requirements and test methods for initial alignment pre-check, pairing pre-check, and compatibility test pre-check, see B.2~B.4 of Appendix B in GB/T 38775.6-2021. Foreign matter detection and living body protection test methods shall comply with the provisions of 8.2. The power rising speed of the commercial vehicle MF-WPT5 system shall be no lower than 0.5kW/s and should be no higher than 5kW/s; the power rising speed of the commercial vehicle MF-WPT6 and MF-WPT7 systems shall be no lower than 1kW/s and should be no higher than 10kW/s. 6.3 Requirements for charging and transmission stage The efficiency test of the commercial vehicle MF-WPT system shall be carried out in accordance with the test method specified in 8.3.2. The system efficiency shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Thereof, during the system efficiency test, the foreign matter detection and living body protection functions of the ground equipment shall be in working condition. 6.4 Requirements for charging stop stage Under the following circumstances, the ground equipment of the commercial vehicle MF-WPT system shall stop charging: a) The in-vehicle equipment issues a request to stop charging; b) The ground equipment issues a request to stop charging; c) The wireless charging control and management system issues a request to stop charging; d) Communication between CSU and IVU is broken; e) Foreign matters are detected by ground equipment; f) Living bodies are detected by ground equipment; g) Fault is detected. For commercial vehicle MF-WPT5 systems, the transmission power reduction speed shall be no less than 5kW/s; for commercial vehicle MF-WPT6 and MF-WPT7 systems, the transmission power reduction speed shall be no less than 10kW/s. Ground equipment shall have the function of executing an emergency stop. For example, if a stop charging button is installed, when the emergency stop function is executed, the ground equipment shall stop power transmission within 1 s.7 Test Preparation7.1 Frequency setting When the commercial vehicle MF-WPT system is in working state, it shall adopt the fixed frequency working mode, and the working frequency shall be set according to the nominal frequency specified in Table 4. f0 value can refer to Radio Frequency Allocation Regulations of the People's Republic of China, and the provisions of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). 7.2 Setting of alignment tolerance area and center alignment point The X-axis and Y-axis of the alignment tolerance area of the primary side and secondary side 7.3 Selection of output voltage measurement point The output voltage test points of the in-vehicle equipment of the commercial vehicle MF-WPT system shall at least include: --- Minimum output voltage Uout-min; --- The minimum output voltage test point of the system's full power output, the output voltage value of this test point is provided by the equipment manufacturer; --- Maximum output voltage Uout-max; --- The maximum output voltage test point of the system's full power output. The output voltage value of this test point is provided by the equipment manufacturer; --- Rated system output voltage Uout-nom, this test point is provided by the equipment manufacturer and is between Uout-min and Uout-max. 7.4 Test device layout The layout of the test device shall comply with the provisions of 7.4 in GB/T 38775.6-2021. The ground equipment and in-vehicle equipment of the commercial vehicle MF-WPT system may be composed of multiple devices connected in parallel. The test bench shall have enough space to place multiple devices, and the moving distance of the multiple devices shall be ensured to be consistent.8 Test Methods8.1 Preparation stage test before charging The safety test of the commercial vehicle MF-WPT system shall be carried out in accordance with Clause 10 and 12.3 of GB/T 38775.1-2020. The IP level of ground equipment shall be carried out in accordance with 8.6.2 and 8.6.3 of GB/T 38775.3-2020. The test of electromagnetic environment limits shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Clauses 6 and 7 in GB/T 38775.4-2020. The test of electromagnetic compatibility shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Clauses 6 and 7 in GB/T 38775.5-2021. 8.2 Charging start-up phase test 8.2.1 Foreign matter detection test The general principles of foreign matter detection test methods shall comply with the provisions of 8.2.1.1 in GB/T 38775.6-2021. The foreign matter detection area shall include the area shown in Figure 6 of GB/T 38775.3-2020. During the foreign matter detection test process, the test object shall be placed flat on the upper surface of the primary side device. For the foreign matter designed 100% output power, 75% output power and 50% output power, test the system efficiency of all test points in this state without deflection and with deflection angle; b) The system output voltage is Uout-nom. For the MF-WPT system under the rated ground clearance, maximum ground clearance and minimum ground clearance conditions of the system designed 100% output power, 75% output power and 50% output power, test the system efficiency of all test points in this state without deflection and with deflection angle; c) The system output voltage is Uout-min. For the MF-WPT system under the rated ground clearance, maximum ground clearance and minimum ground clearance conditions of the system designed 100% output power, 75% output power and 50% output power, test the system efficiency of all test points in this state without deflection and with deflection angle; d) When the system output voltage is Uout-min and the MF-WPT system fails to achieve 100% output power of the design, test under the minimum output voltage that the 100% output power of the system design can be achieved, which is provided by the equipment manufacturer. For the MF-WPT system under the rated ground clearance, maximum ground clearance and minimum ground clearance conditions of the system designed 100% output power, 75% output power and 50% output power, test the system efficiency of all test points in this state without deflection and with deflection angle. See Appendix C for the record table of system efficiency test.Appendix A(Informative) Commercial Vehicle MF-WPT System – Ground Equipment A.1 Mechanical structure of the ground equipment The mechanical structure of the ground reference equipment adopts a "mirror rectangular winding" structure. It consists of two symmetrical coils, namely front coil A and rear coil B, as shown in Figure A.1. The coil is a rectangular planar coil with evenly distributed windings. The windings are placed on a core panel made of high magnetic permeability material (such as ferrite). The core adopts an edge-expanded structure. At any time, the current passing through front coil A and the current passing through rear coil B shall be opposite (one clockwise, and the other counterclockwise). Power level MF-WPT6 is composed of multiple power level MF-WPT5 modules connected in parallel.
