1 Scope

This part of GB/T 38604 stipulates the general principles, evaluation methods, evaluation procedures, and early stage of evaluation requirements for public information-oriented systems Preparation, evaluation implementation and evaluation conclusions. 4 General principles

4.1 Evaluation work should be carried out independently, objectively and fairly, and the results should not be affected by factors such as difficulty of implementation, whether to charge or not. 4.2 The sampling plan should be designed as a whole, a unified questionnaire should be prepared, and a scientific evaluation plan should be formulated. 4.3 Evaluation work should collect and use real data, the evaluation results are objective, accurate and credible. 4.4 The evaluation results should be consistent with the purpose and content of the evaluation and have high efficiency. 4.5 When evaluating public information-oriented systems, the indicators should be refined according to the type of public place. a) Transportation public places.
