1 Scope

This standard stipulates the organization and management of energy comprehensive management and control, energy planning and design, and energy mining for shipbuilding enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "enterprises"). 3 Organization Management

3.1 Integrated management 3.1.1 The enterprise shall establish, maintain and improve the energy management and control system with clear scope of duties, authority and reward and punishment system. 3.1.2 The enterprise shall have the corresponding department responsible for the comprehensive management and control of energy, establish a clear and complete energy management system for the division of labor, and implement the management duties.
