AUGUST 29, 2016 IMPLEMENTED ON. MARCH 1, 2017 Issued by. General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China; Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China. Table of Contents Foreword ... 3 1 Application Scope ... 4 2 Normative References ... 4 3 Terms and Definitions ... 4 4 Mounting of Samples ... 4 5 Test Parameters ... 5 6 Test Procedure ... 5 7 Performance Evaluation ... 7 Foreword This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This Standard replaces GB/T 7094-2002, Vibration (Sinusoidal) Test Method for Electrical Installations in Ships. Compared with GB/T 7094-2002, the main technical changes of this Standard, except editorial changes, are as follows. -- the selection of working positions during the vibration test of samples is changed; -- the contents including acceleration sensor is added in vibration response analysis; -- the vibration test duration is changed to 90 min; -- when the discrete frequency test is replaced by the sweep frequency test, it specifies the range of sweep frequency; -- it adds the requirement for the temperature 600˚C under very special vibration conditions; -- in the vibration test, the performance test for samples in accordance with product specifications is changed into the functional test; and -- it adds the requirement that the vibration test equipment shall track resonant frequency. This Standard was proposed by and shall be under the jurisdiction of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association. The responsible drafting organizations of this Standard. Shanghai Electrical Apparatus Research Institute, China Classification Society Shanghai Standard Research Institute and China Classification Society Shanghai Branch. The main drafters of this Standard. Zhou Binjin, Sun Wu, Sun Ji and Jiang Shu. The editions of the standard replaced by this Standard are as follows. -- GB/T 7094-1986 and GB/T 7094-2002. Vibration (Sinusoidal) Test Method for Electrical Installations in Ships 1 Application Scope This Standard specifies the contents including mounting, test parameters and test procedure of samples during vibration (sinusoidal) test for electrical installations in ships. This Standard applies to vibration (sinusoidal) test for electrical installations in ships. 2 Normative References The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition dated applies to this document. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced documents (including all amendments) applies to this Standard. GB/T 2422, Environmental Testing – Guide to Drafting of Test Methods – Terms and Definitions GB/T 2423.43-2008, Environmental Testing for Electric and Electronic Products – Part 2. Test Methods – Mounting of Specimens for Vibration Impact and Similar Dynamic Tests 3 Terms and Definitions For the purpose of this document, the terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2422 shall apply. 4 Mounting of Samples Samples shall be mounted on the shaking table rigidly in accordance with the mounting state in actual use. When there are multiple mounting states for samples, the most unfavorable mounting state shall be selected in general cases. When it is incapable of mounting them directly, they shall be fixed on the shaking table with a mounting clip. During mounting, samples without a shock absorber shall be fixed on the shaking table rigidly; samples with a shock absorber shall be mounted on the shaking table together with the shock absorber, which shall be specified in the product specifications. .......Source: https://www.ChineseStandard.net/PDF.aspx/GBT7094-2016 |
