3 Principle

The sample was extracted with water, precipitated with acetone, determined by high performance liquid chromatography, and characterized by retention time and quantified by external standard method.

Liquid chromatography grade. 4.5 Acetone. liquid chromatography grade. 4.6 Sodium heptane sulfonate. excellent grade. 4.7 Acetone solution. Accurately measure 10 mL of acetone (4.5) and 90 mL of water and mix. 4.8 Hydrochloric acid solution. Accurately measure 100 mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid (4.2) and slowly pour into 100 mL of water and mix. 4.9 Sodium heptane sulfonate solution.
