1 Scope

This part of GB/T 35031 specifies the relationship model between the customer-side energy management system and the energy supplier and energy service provider, and the client. The overall requirements for the energy management system interoperability architecture and the security protection of the customer-side energy management system. This section is applicable to guide the design, development, construction, operation and maintenance and management of the energy management system at the customer end. Note. The user side uses various forms of energy including electricity, water, gas, heat, and cold. Electrical energy is the most commonly used form of energy for the user, and its information management is for users. Other energy sources are representative. For the sake of brevity, the requirements of this part of the user-side energy management system are mainly described by electric energy sources. But not limited to power energy management, it is also applicable to the management of other energy sources.
