1 Scope

This standard specifies the measurement methods and evaluation criteria for mechanical vibration of hydroelectric power plants and energy storage pumping stations. It is suitable for hydroelectric power plants and Evaluation of mechanical vibration in normal operation range of energy storage pumping station. This standard specifies two kinds of mechanical vibration evaluation criteria, one is to use the measured vibration amplitude to evaluate; the second is the use of measured vibration The amplitude is evaluated relative to the amount of change in the vibration reference value. This standard applies to hydroelectric power plants and energy storage pumping station units, the rated speed of 50r/min ~ 1800r/min, generator/motor Power greater than or equal to 1MW. This standard applies to the following units. a) Turbine and hydroelectric generators (hydroelectric generating units); b) Pump turbine and generator motor (reversible pump storage unit); c) independent of the pump, turbine and generator motor (three-type pumped storage unit). This standard does not apply to the following units. a) pumps on thermal power plants or industrial equipment (see GB/T 11348.3); b) hydraulic machinery or units with rolling bearings; c) hydraulic machinery or units lubricated with water; d) in addition to the motor for driving the accumulator; e) A hydro-generator used as a synchronous condenser (using compressed air to relieve water in the turbine).
