1 Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining gas chromatograph crude hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan and ethyl mercaptan content. This standard applies to the determination of hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan and ethyl mercaptan content in crude oil stabilized 2.0mg/kg ~ 200mg/kg range. By sulfur-free solvent dilution, also applicable to the determination of sulfide content in crude oil higher.
