This document replaces GB/T 21543-2008 "General Requirements for Flavoring Additives for Feed Additives", compared with GB/T 21543-2008, In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. a) terms and definitions have been changed (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2008 edition); b) Changed the classification (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2008 edition); c) Added the variety and quality hygiene requirements for raw and auxiliary materials, and deleted the safety requirements (see 5.1, 5.1 of the.2008 edition); d) Changed sensory indicators (see 5.2, 5.2 of the.2008 edition); e) Changed the physical and chemical indicators (see 5.3, 5.3 of the.2008 edition); f) Aflatoxin B1, ochratoxin A, zearalenone, deoxynivalenol, T-2 poison have been added to health indicators fumonisins, fumonisins (B1 B2), etc. (see 5.4, 5.4 of the.2008 edition); g) Changed the factory inspection items (see 8.2, 7.3 of the.2008 edition); h) Changed the labeling requirements (see Chapter 9, 8.1 of the.2008 edition); i) The determination method of moisture is added (see Appendix A); j) Added references (see References). This document specifies the classification, technical requirements, sampling, test methods, inspection rules, labels and packaging, transportation delivery, storage and shelf life. This document is applicable to feed additive flavoring agents, and provides guidance for flavoring agent manufacturers to formulate flavoring agent product standards.
