This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. 1 Scope

This standard specifies 13.3.2.5.1 in accordance with Chapter II-2 of the.2000 Amendment to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS 1974).
