1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of cattle slaughter, pre-slaughter requirements, slaughter procedures and requirements, packaging, labeling, marking and storage, and other requirements. This standard applies to the slaughtering operation of cattle slaughter plants (fields).

3 Terms and definitions
