This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the hygienic requirements and hygienic evaluation indicators and thresholds for the planning, design, construction, and management of public toilets. This standard is applicable to new, rebuilt and expanded fixed public public use in cities, villages, tourist areas and expressway service areas. Planning, design, construction, management and hygiene evaluation of shared toilets and public restrooms set up in public places.
