Preface
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 17216-2012 "Environmental sanitation requirements for civil air defense projects in peacetime" and is consistent with GB/T 17216-2012.
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Changed the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2012 edition);
--- Changed the terms related to "civil air defense projects" (see 3.1, 3.1 of the.2012 edition);
--- Added the term "radon concentration reference level" (see 3.2);
--- Changed the general requirements and environmental health index requirements (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 of the.2012 edition);

1 Scope
This document stipulates the environmental sanitation requirements for the peacetime use of civil air defense projects.
This document is applicable to accommodation, business (including shopping malls/supermarkets, catering services, etc.) and entertainment (including performances, singing and dancing entertainment, etc.)
For civil air defense projects in places such as swimming pools, and other places for normal use, refer to the relevant public place hygiene standards of our country.

This standard rule according to GB/T 1.1-2009 given draft.
This standard replaces GB/T 17216-1998 "air defense projects usually use environmental health standards."
This standard compared with GB/T 17216-1998, major technical changes are as follows.
--- According to GB/T 1.1-2009 "Standardization Guide Part 1. Structure and rules are written standard" structural adjustment;
--- Modify the scope of the standard;
--- Increasing the normative references;
--- Increased the fresh air requirements, increased health requirements underground swimming places;
--- Increase the fresh air monitoring methods, the standard method of testing methods of the total number of bacteria and air defense projects radon concentration measured;
--- Remove the limit for the amount of air oxygen;
--- Remove the air oxygen consumption test method.

1 Scope
This standard specifies requirements for the environmental health of the national air defense projects usually use.
