This standard and GB/T 17160-1997 compared to the main changes are as follows. --- According to GB/T 1.1-2000 "Standardization Guide Part 1. Standard structure and drafting of rules" were the standard modify; --- Deleted topographic map of handheld digital automatic tracking technology method, terrain map by digital scanning methods were refined; --- Delete the original base map term, increase the scan picture, raster data terminology; --- Delete the original 4.1 digitizer hand tracking, 4.2, 4.3 modify the scanner, plotter requirements; --- 4.4.2 original data acquisition software to software features; --- Delete the original data in Chapter 6 and 7, the requirements of Chapter hierarchical graph database and data file naming convention; --- 8.1.6 deletes the original content inspection job content, replaced by a reference standards; --- Article 8.2 scanning original digital refine the preparatory work, topology scan and pretreatment, data capture, edit and between elements, Quality control and inspection four chapters. --- Delete the original informative Annex.
