This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 14295-2008 "Air Filter". 1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, general requirements, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, and Packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to air filters for ventilation, air conditioning and air purification systems or equipment. This standard does not apply to air filters with high efficiency and above.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Equipment that uses filtration, adhesion or charged capture to remove particulate matter in the air. 3.2 After the particles are charged by a high-voltage electrostatic field, they are captured by the dust collecting plate to achieve the removal of airborne particles in the air. filter. 3.3 Rated air volume In the standard air state, the air volume flow through the air filter in the nominal unit time.

4 Classification and marking

4.1 Classification 4.1.1 According to the efficiency level, it is divided into coarse efficiency filters, medium efficiency filters, high and medium efficiency filters and sub-high efficiency filters, and the codes are C, Z, GZ respectively And YG. Among them, coarse-effect filters are divided into coarse-effect type 1, coarse-effect type 2, coarse-effect type 3 and coarse-effect type 4, and the codes are C1, C2, C3 and C4; Medium-efficiency filters are divided into medium-efficiency type 1, medium-efficiency type 2 and medium-efficiency type 3.The codes are Z1, Z2 and Z3 respectively. 4.1.2 According to the structure type, it is divided into flat type, bag type, folding type, winding type, barrel type, pole plate type and honeycomb type, and the codes are PB, DS, ZZ, JR, TS, JB and FC. 4.2 Marking Example 1.Air filter with medium efficiency type 2, bag type, 592mm×592mm×600mm and rated air volume of 3400m3/h, marked as K-Z2-DS-592×592×600-3400. 5 General requirements

5.1 The application of air filter should meet the environmental protection and fire resistance requirements of the occasion. 5.2 The electrostatic air filter should meet the following requirements. a) The single-phase rated voltage should not be greater than 250V, the three-phase rated voltage should not be greater than 480V, and the rated frequency should be 50Hz; b) Power-off protection should be provided to ensure that when the unit structure is opened for repair or maintenance, its internal devices are automatically powered off; c) The electrical safety performance should meet the relevant requirements of GB 4706.1. 5.3 The filter material for the air filter should meet the relevant requirements of JG/T 404. 5.4 The shear strength and tensile strength of the air filter binder should not be lower than the strength of the filter material used, and its temperature and humidity resistance should be the same as the filter material used. 5.5 The sealant for the air filter should be able to ensure that the filter will not crack or degummed during operation under the maximum operating air volume or final resistance condition, and It is elastic, and its temperature and humidity resistance should be the same as the filter material used. 5.6 The structure of the air filter should meet the following requirements. a) The frame or support body should have the required strength and rigidity, and should be able to withstand the weight and pressure required for installation, operation and maintenance; b) The four corners and joints of the frame should not be loose or cracked, and the filter material should not be loose or deformed in the frame; c) The gasket and the frame should be firmly bonded, and the inner and outer edges of the gasket should not exceed the inner and outer edges of the frame.

6 requirements

6.1 Appearance 6.1.1 The surface of the air filter should be smooth and flat, free of scratches, rust spots, indentations and damage. 6.1.2 The filter material, gasket, protective net and other parts should not be deformed. 6.1.3 The shell of the electrostatic air filter should be marked with electrical safety warnings and electrical terminal wiring diagrams. 6.2 Dimensional deviation 6.2.1 Dimensions The allowable deviation of the external dimensions is shown in Table 1. Table 1 The allowable deviation of external dimensions in millimeters 6.2.2 Flatness The flatness of the end face and side plate of the sub-high efficiency filter should not be greater than 1.6mm. 6.3 Resistance and efficiency 6.3.1 In the initial state, the air filter resistance, weighing efficiency and counting efficiency should meet the requirements of Table 2. Table 2 Resistance and efficiency of air filter under rated air volume 6.3.2 For products with a nominal PMx purification efficiency, the difference between the nominal efficiency value and the measured efficiency value should not exceed 5%. 6.4 Dust holding capacity The air filter should have a nominal dust holding capacity index, the actual measured value should not be less than 90% of the nominal value, and should not be less than 36mg/(m3/h). 6.5 Cleaning The efficiency of the cleanable air filter after cleaning should not be less than 85% of the efficiency before cleaning, and the resistance should not be greater than the resistance before cleaning 150% of it. 6.6 Antistatic For air filters with charged filter media, the efficiency after antistatic treatment should be nominal, and the difference between the nominal efficiency value and the measured efficiency value should not be large Less than 5%. 6.7 Fire protection When the air filter has fire protection requirements, it should meet the relevant regulations of GB 8624. 6.8 Rated power For an electrostatic air filter with a nominal value not greater than 30W, the actual measured value should not be greater than 120% of the nominal value; for the nominal value greater than For a 30W electrostatic air filter, the measured value should not be greater than 110% of the nominal value. 6.9 Working voltage For the ionization voltage and dust collection voltage of the electrostatic air filter, the deviation between the measured value and the nominal value should be within ±5%. 6.10 Increase in ozone concentration Under the rated air volume and working voltage, the 1h average value of the increase in ozone concentration of the electrostatic air filter should not exceed 0.05mg/m3. 6.11 Electrical safety 6.11.1 Electric strength After applying the test voltage to the electrostatic air filter, there should be no breakdown or flashover. 6.11.2 Leakage current The cold leakage current value between the exposed metal part of the electrostatic air filter and the power cord should not be greater than 0.75mA (Class I) or 0.25mA (Class II). 6.11.3 Grounding resistance The resistance value between the exposed metal part of the electrostatic air filter and the ground terminal should not be greater than 0.1Ω.

7 Test method

7.1 Test instrument The test instrument should meet the requirements of Table 3. Table 3 Test instrument 7.2 Appearance Apply visual inspection. 7.3 Dimensional deviation 7.3.1 Dimensions Use vernier calipers to check. 7.3.2 Flatness Check with flat plate and feeler gauge 7.4 Resistance and efficiency Resistance, counting efficiency and PMx purification efficiency should be tested according to the method specified in Appendix A, and the weight efficiency should be tested according to the method specified in Appendix B. 7.5 Dust holding capacity The dust holding capacity should be tested according to the method specified in Appendix B. 7.6 Cleaning The cleaning should be carried out according to the cleaning method given by the manufacturer, and the efficiency and resistance after cleaning should be tested according to the method specified in Appendix A or Appendix B. 7.7 Antistatic Static elimination should be tested according to the method specified in Appendix C, and the efficiency and resistance after static elimination should be tested according to the method specified in Appendix A. 7.8 Fire protection Air filters with fire protection requirements shall be tested for fire protection according to the method specified in GB 8624. 7.9 Rated power The rated power of the electrostatic air filter shall be tested according to the method specified in GB 4706.1. 7.10 Working voltage The working voltage of the electrostatic air filter should be tested according to the method specified in GB 4706.1. 7.11 Increase in ozone concentration The increase in ozone concentration should be tested in accordance with the method specified in Appendix D. 7.12 Electrical safety 7.12.1 Electric strength The electric strength should be tested according to the method specified in GB 4706.1. 7.12.2 Leakage current The leakage current should be tested according to the method specified in GB 4706.1. 7.12.3 Grounding resistance The grounding resistance should be tested according to the method specified in GB 4706.1.

8 Inspection rules

8.1 Inspection classification The air filter inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 8.2 Factory inspection 8.2.1 The air filter shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory. 8.2.2 The factory inspection shall be carried out item by item according to the provisions of Table 4. Table 4 Inspection items 8.3 Type inspection 8.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in one of the following situations. a) When the new product is finalized or the old product is transferred to the factory to produce trial products; b) When there are major changes in product structure, manufacturing processes or materials; c) When production is resumed after the product has been discontinued for more than one year; d) There is a big difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection. 8.3.2 Sampling for type inspection shall be randomly selected from the samples that have passed the factory inspection, and the sampling method shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 2828.1. 8.3.3 Type inspection items are shown in Table 4. 8.3.4 Judgment rules. if any item is unqualified, double sampling, if it is still unqualified, it is a substandard product, otherwise it is a qualified product. 9 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 9.1 Logo Each air filter should have a label fixed at an obvious position, and the label should be firmly fixed to the filter frame.
