Summary: This standard specifies the energy management system application program interface (EMS-API)) component interface specification (CIS) of the normative framework. CIS provides a component (or application) in order to use a standard way with other components (or application) to exchange information and/or access publicly available data should implement the various interfaces. DL 890 Part 1 of this standard is given as a basis for the EMS-API reference model. It explains the terms used in this standard and explain the role of the CIS. This section provides the functional requirements of a file specification framework. In the framework of these specifications are divided into two groups: the first group of components are used to define the exchange of information with other components or common service access public data, another group defines the component or system to exchange messages with the other components of the information content. This section also gives the CIS standard includes an overview of the functions.
