Summary: This standard specifies the principles, operating procedures, storage, storage and scrapping requirements for capacitive electroscopes at low temperatures. This standard applies to capacitive electroscopes used in power frequency AC power systems with an ambient temperature of -40��C to +5��C, an altitude of 5500m and below, and a power frequency AC power system of 10kV to 500kV. It is suitable for capacitive electroscopes that are in contact with the component under test, but not for non-contact electroscopes.
