1 Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for sampling, sample preparation and testing of domestic waste incineration ash. This standard is applicable to the sampling, sample preparation and heat reduction rate detection of ash in the operation process of domestic waste incineration plant.

2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 2.1 Ash ashandslag The residue discharged after the incineration of domestic waste includes the slag from the rear of the domestic waste incinerator and the pot discharged from the lower part of the heating surface of the boiler. Ash and fly ash discharged from the flue gas purification system. 2.2 Sampling time span samplingtimespan A sampling period specified for uniform sampling of slag samples during continuous slagging in an incinerator. 2.3 Sample sample The ash obtained from the incineration line slagging equipment according to the specified quality is used in one operation by the sampling device. 2.4 Sample amount asampleamount The quality of the ash that constitutes a portion. 2.5 Sample number The number of ash samples taken during a sampling time span. 2.6 Total sample grosssample A sample of all the samples taken in one sampling time span. 2.7 Large sample The sample taken after crushing, mixing and shrinking is taken over a sampling time span. 2.8 Sample testsample According to the sample testing needs, after further drying the large sample in the laboratory (except moisture detection samples), crushing, grinding and shrinking, Samples obtained for laboratory testing.
