SEE Table 1.5 Standard implementation5.1 For the odor pollutants discharged by the pollutant discharging organizations (including the leakage and fugitive emission), the maximum detection value at one time (including the odor concentration) at the specified measuring points at boundary of the pollutant discharging organizations (with no other interference factors) shall be less than or equal to the factory standard values at boundary of odor pollutants. 5.3 The odor pollutants discharged and distributed by the pollutant discharging organizations through drainage and the odor concentration must be less than or equal to the factory standard values at boundary of odor pollutants.6 Monitoring6.1 Monitoring of organized emission sources 6.1.1 The minimum height of the exhaust cylinders shall not be less than 15m. 6.1.4 The sampling frequency of the organized emission sources shall be determined according to the production cycle. For the production cycle within 8h, SAMPLE once every 2h; for the production cycle of greater than 8h, SAMPLE once every 4h.
