"Directives for standardization - Part 1.Rules for the structure and drafting of
standardizing documents".
This document replaces GB/T 5187-2008 "Foil of copper and copper alloy";
compared with GB/T 5187-2008, in addition to structural adjustments and
editorial changes, the main technical changes of this document are as follows.
a) Add the codes of copper and copper alloys (see 4.1);
b) Change the expression of alloy designation and status (see 4.1; 3.1 of
version 2008);
c) Add foils of the designations of TU3(C10200), TP2(C12200),
H66(C26800), TCr1.0-0.15(C18150), TSn1.5-0.8-0.06(C19040),
TFe0.1(C19210), TFe2.5(C19400), BSi3.2-0.7 (C70250) (see 4.1);
d) Change the thickness range of oxygen-free copper and pure copper foil
from 0.012 mm ~ 0.15 mm to 0.009 mm ~ 0.150 mm; change the width
uniformly to ≤650 mm (see 4.1; 3.1 of version 2008);
e) Change the width of brass foil whose thickness is 0.025 mm ~ 0.150 mm
from ≤600 mm to ≤620 mm (see 4.1; 3.1 of version 2008);
f) Add the thickness and width allowable deviation of foil whose thickness is
0.009 mm ~ 0.012 mm (see 5.2.1);
g) Change the thickness allowable deviation for the thickness range of 0.012
mm ~ < 0.030 mm (see 5.2.1; 3.3.1 of version 2008);
h) Change the width allowable deviation; change the width allowable
deviation to be specified according to classification of the foil width (see
5.2.2; 3.3.1 of version 2008);
i) Add the provision for thickness allowable deviation that "when the required
thickness allowable deviations are all (+) or all (-) unidirectional deviations,
the value is twice the standard value" (see Table 2);
j) Add the provision for width allowable deviation that "when the required
width allowable deviations are all (+) or all (-) unidirectional deviations, the
value is twice the standard value" (see Table 3).
k) Add regulations of mechanical properties for foils of TU3(C10200),
TP2(C12200), H66(C26800), TCr1.0-0.11(C18150), TSn1.5-0.8-
0.06(C19040), TFe0.1(C19210), TFe2.5(C19400), BSi3.2-0.7 (C70250)
(see 5.3);
l) Change the mechanical properties of red copper softening annealing (O60);
change the mechanical properties that are not classified according to the
foil thickness TO the mechanical properties that are specified according
to the classification of foil thickness (see 5.3; 3.4 of version 2008);
m) Add the chemical analysis method of foil in accordance with YS/T 482 or
YS/T 483 (see 6.1);
n) Change the detection method of foil dimensions; change "the dimension
of the foil shall be measured with the measuring tool of corresponding
precision" to "the dimensions of the foil shall be tested in accordance with
the provisions of GB/T 26303.3" (see 6.2; 4.2 of version 2008);
o) Change the foil tensile test method from "GB/T 228" to "GB/T 34505-2017";
at the same time, change the tensile sample number to comply with the
provisions of GB/T 34505-2017 (see 6.3; 4.3 of version 2008);
p) Add the sampling method that is carried out in accordance with YS/T 668
(see 7.4);
q) Add the value rounding rules for the judgment of inspection results (see
7.5.1).
