Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 5489-1985 "Printed board drawing", compared with GB/T 5489-1985, the main technical changes are as follows. --- Clearly the scope is only suitable for hand-drawing printed board drawings and printed board assembly assembly drawings, automatic CAD design can refer to this Standard (see Chapter 1); --- Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3); --- Increased the requirements for graphics drawing, such as the figure number, graphics layer and origin requirements (see 4.2); --- Increased the color drawing method and diagram outside the two-line outline of the conductive pattern; increase the conductive pattern drawing to indicate the wire width, the most Dimensional data requirements for small pitch, lands, ring width, margins, etc.; increase the need to consider large area conductive when drawing conductive patterns Area, balanced wire, isolation area, and spacer disk size; added the contents of the inner isolation area and isolation disk for drawing multilayer printed boards (see 4.2.4); --- Added solder mask patterns such as resist pads, apertures and pad shapes (see 4.2.5); --- Increased hole pattern, deleted the contents of holes and hole resistance (see 4.2.6); --- Added structural element graphics (see 4.2.7); --- Change the original standard marker symbol and marker symbol map to character graphics (see 4.2.8, 2.5 of the 1985 edition); --- Added printed board graphics, including single-panel, double-panel, multi-layer board, imposition map, and surface mount component diagrams on printed boards (see 4.2.9); --- Added printed board assembly graphics, including printed board assembly drawings, component and structural drawing, conductive patterns and cross-overs, etc. (see 4.2.10). Please note that some of the contents of this document may involve patents. The issuing organization of this document is not responsible for identifying these patents. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Printed Circuit Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC47). This standard was drafted. Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone East Asia Circuit Board Co., Ltd., China Electronics Technology Standardization Institute. The main drafters of this standard. Zhu Min, Lou Fangshou, Cao Yi. The previous versions of the standards replaced by this standard are. ---GB/T 5489-1985. Printed board drawing

1 Scope

This standard specifies the drawing of printed board drawings and assembly drawings of printed board assemblies (hereinafter referred to as printed board assembly drawings). This standard is applicable to the orthographic and symbolic drawings of printed board drawings and printed board assembly drawings marked by the dimension line method and the grid method. Drawing. When using the automatic CAD to draw the printed board diagram, you can refer to it.
