5 Through hole plugging design

6 Construction and acceptance

6.1 General provisions 6.1.1 The construction of building fireproof sealing shall be carried out in accordance with the design documents, technical instructions and operating procedures of corresponding products, and the structural requirements of fireproof sealing components. 6.1.2 Before construction, the construction unit should make the following preparations. 1 The site conditions shall be confirmed and corrected according to the design documents and technical descriptions of corresponding products, a specific construction plan shall be formulated, and the implementation shall be organized after being reviewed and approved by the supervisory unit; 2 The applicability and technical specifications of the fireproof sealing materials and auxiliary materials shall be checked one by one; 3 When site conditions such as the type and thickness of the penetrated body, the size of the penetration hole, the type and quantity of the penetration are inconsistent with the design requirements, the construction unit shall inform the design unit, and the design unit shall issue a design change document; 4 Necessary operating conditions such as construction machinery, tools and safety protection facilities should be prepared according to process requirements and site conditions. Formulate emergency plans for possible hazards at the construction site, and conduct disclosure, training and necessary drills. 6.1.3 During the construction period, protective measures to prevent contamination of the ground, walls and other building components or structural surfaces shall be taken according to the site conditions. 6.1.4 Quality inspection should be strengthened for important processes and key parts, and construction process inspection records should be filled in according to Appendix A of this standard, and image data should be retained at the same time. The fireproof sealing in concealed works shall be subject to intermediate acceptance before the concealed works are closed, and the corresponding quality acceptance records of concealed works shall be filled in according to Appendix B of this standard. 6.1.5 The completion acceptance of building fire prevention and sealing works shall comply with the relevant procedures for construction acceptance of construction projects. 6.2 Construction 6.2.1 Before the plugging operation, the building gaps, through-holes, penetrating objects and the surface of the penetrated body should be cleaned to remove sundries, grease, and loose objects on the structure, and should be kept dry. The plugging parts that need to be maintained should be maintained in accordance with the product use requirements after the sealing operation, and measures to prevent external disturbances should be taken during the maintenance period. 6.2.2 When mineral wool is used as the backing material, construction shall be carried out in accordance with the following regulations. 1 The compression of mineral wool should not be less than 30% of the natural state, and the thickness of the compressed mineral wool should be slightly larger than the width of the gap in the plugging part, and should meet the provisions of Article 3.0.3 of this standard; 3.The filling mineral wool should be verified by supervisors for its ability to prevent shedding before the next step of fireproof sealing construction can be carried out. 6.2.3 The inorganic blockage should be constructed according to the following sequence and requirements. 1.Temporary or permanent baffles should be set up at the blocking position; 2 Add water and stir the inorganic blocking material evenly according to the product requirements; 3.The stirred inorganic blocking material should be poured into the blocked part, and the surface should be smoothed; 4 The gap between the inorganic blockage material and the penetrating object and the penetrated body should be sealed after the maintenance period of the inorganic blockage material expires, and it should comply with the provisions of Article 3.0.4 of this standard. 6.2.4 Flexible organic blockage and fireproof sealant shall be constructed according to the following sequence and requirements. 1.According to the provisions of Article 6.2.2 of this standard, mineral wool should be used to fill the sealing position; 2 The plugging material should be filled with glue gun and other tools to smooth the surface, and it should meet the provisions of Article 3.0.5 and Article 3.0.6 of this standard. 6.2.5 The fireproof sealing paint shall be constructed according to the following sequence and requirements. 1.According to the provisions of Article 6.2.2 of this standard, mineral wool should be used to fill the sealing position; 2 The blocking material should be uniformly coated with brush or spraying equipment, and the thickness and lap width should meet the requirements of Article 3.0.7 of this standard. 6.2.6 Fire-blocking modules and fire-blocking packages shall be constructed in the following order and requirements. 1 The fire retardant modules should be stacked in a staggered manner, and should be firmly bonded according to the requirements of the product; 2 The gap between the fire-blocking module, the fire-blocking package, the penetrating object, and the penetrated body should be blocked, and it should meet the provisions of Article 3.0.8 of this standard. 6.2.7 The construction of the fireproof blocking board shall be carried out according to the following sequence and requirements. 1 The plate should be cut according to the shape and size of the plugging part, and the cutting edge should be passivated; 2 After the panel is installed, the gap between the panel and the penetrating object and the penetrated body shall be sealed according to the technical requirements of the corresponding product, and shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.0.9 of this standard. 6.2.8 The foam sealing material shall be constructed in the following sequence and requirements. 1.Temporary or permanent baffles should be set up at the blocking position; 2 The mixed material should be poured into the blocked part according to the provisions of Article 3.0.10 of this standard. 6.2.9 The fire-stop ring shall be constructed according to the following sequence and requirements. 1 The fireproof sealing material shall be tightly filled in the annular gap of the pipe penetration part according to the design requirements; 2 The fire arresting ring should be set on the through pipe; 3 Expansion bolts shall be used to fix the fire arresting ring on the building structure or components. 6.2.10 The fire retardant tape shall be constructed according to the following sequence and requirements. 1 The fire-resistant tape should be wound on the penetration according to the product requirements, and should be slowly pushed into the annular gap of the penetration part, or fixed with a special hoop with fire-proof performance outside the fire-resistant tape; 2 The annular gap of the penetration part shall be sealed with expandable flexible organic blocking material or fireproof sealant, and shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.0.5 and Article 3.0.6 of this standard. 6.3 Acceptance 6.3.1 After the fire prevention and sealing works are completed, the construction unit shall organize self-inspection and self-inspection of construction quality. After self-inspection and self-inspection, the following documents shall be submitted to the construction unit. 1 Completion report of the fire prevention and sealing project; 2 Qualified inspection reports of fireproof sealing materials and components; 3 construction process inspection records; 4 Acceptance records of concealed works; 5 Self-inspection and self-inspection records after construction is completed. 6.3.2 The material selection and construction methods for fireproof sealing of building gaps shall meet the design and construction requirements. 1 The appearance of the firestop should be inspected.
