1 Scope

This document describes the use of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for the determination of ethyl ethyl, chloraniline, thiozolin, sulfonate, flumetrazine, and polymethacrylate in fertilizers. Methods for seven plant growth regulators including clobutrazole and unconazole. This document is applicable to the determination of ethanol, chlorpheniramine, thiocyanin, butylin, flumetrazine, paclobutrazol and uniconazole in fertilizers.

4 Principles

In the sample, the amine fresh fat, chloraniline, thiazolin, butylin, flumetrazine, paclobutrazol, and unconconnazole were extracted with acetone. The extract solution was fixed to volume and vortexed. Spin, ultrasonic, centrifuge, filter, and undergo gas chromatography separation and mass spectrometry detection. By comparing with the standard material mass spectrum, retention time, fragment ion mass-to-charge ratio Its abundance was compared for qualitative analysis and external standard method for quantification.

5.1 Helium, purity ≥99.999%. 5.2 Acetone, chromatographically pure. 5.3 Acetate standard material (CAS number. 10369-83-2), 1000mg/L (acetone is the solvent). 5.4 Chloropropyl standard material (CAS number. 101-21-3), 1000mg/L. 5.5 Thioxin standard material (CAS number. 55290-64-7), 1000mg/L. 5.6 Zhongbuling standard material (CAS number. 33629-47-9), 1000mg/L. 5.7 Flumetrazine standard material (CAS number. 62924-70-3), 1000mg/L. 5.8 Paclobutrazol standard material (CAS number. 76738-62-0), 1000mg/L. 5.9 Uniconazole standard material (CAS number. 83657-22-1), 1000mg/L. 5.10 Standard stock solution. Pipette respectively the standard products of ethyl ethyl, chlorpropazol, thiocyanin, butylin, flumetrazine, paclobutrazol and uniconazole. 1.0 mL, dilute to volume with acetone in a 10 mL volumetric flask, and prepare a standard solution with a mass concentration of 100 mg/L. Keep sealed Store in -20℃ refrigerator until use. The validity period is 1 month. 5.11 Intermediate mixed standard solution. Pipette 1.0 mL of each 100 mg/L standard stock solution (5.10) into a 10 mL volumetric flask. Dilute acetone to volume and prepare a standard solution with a mass concentration of 10 mg/L.
